Clinical Director

Job Description:

Responsible for the clinical operations of the program including implementation of individual, group and family therapy, and related services. The clinical director is responsible for clinical supervision and training of clinical staff, ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies, consumer services, and participate in referral development and referral maintenance activities. The Clinical Director is a member of the management team and works closely with all other supervisors and directors of the professional staff.

Job Qualifications:

Masters degree or Ph.D. from an accredited college or university in counseling psychology, marriage and family therapy, educational psychology, clinical social work or related field. Must meet the licensing requirements in the State of Ariona. At least 4 years post graduate degree experience which will have included direct care, supervision and administrative responsibility. Has the skill to create and maintain a team approach to treatment including mentorship of paraprofessional staff. Comfortable in front of large audiences; has led dynamic group discussions, and is skilled in dealing with parents who at times are refractory to treatment. Skills related to the integration of all program components. Prior experience in working in a NATSAP residential treatment setting is a plus.
