Job Description:
This position is responsible for the therapy care for a minimum caseload of thirteen students. The care includes individual therapy sessions, working with the family to include them in the therapy process, and directs and supports the movement of the student through the Phase Program at Spring Ridge Academy. The position reports directly to the Clinical Director. Is aligned with vision and philosophy of Spring Ridge Academy and represents it to their department and other departments, clients and parents.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work from an accredited college or university.
Experience: At least 3 years post terminal degree experience in counseling
Certification: Be licensure eligible in the State of Arizona,
Behavioral Health: Meet all Behavioral Health requirements - Fingerprint verification check; Health examination; TB test; CPR and First Aid Certified; Sign all agreements as required
