Experiential Activities & Student Meetings

Activities and meetings are structured to combine two or more caseload groups in order to give each student the opportunity to develop a wide range of relationships and a variety of experiences.

Activities and meetings focus on teamwork, community building, leadership and creating solutions.  Utilizing various exercises, students will learn to work together through planning and executing projects, games, initiatives and activities.  Students will gain an understanding of group dynamics, conflict resolution, relationship building, trust, feedback, friendship and fun.

Additionally, students focus on accountability and choice in relationships and daily life.  Meetings focus on exploring patterns of behavior, self-limiting beliefs, results and agreements.  Feedback, support and positive peer interaction will be emphasized.  Group topics include:  Results, Lessons, Feedback, Withholds, Community Issues, Student Leadership and Life topics.
