Our teams provide a venue for students to experience competition in an environment that encourages their individual contribution and supports their cooperation with the team.

Spring Ridge Academy offers several team sports. Teams practice after school during extracurricular time. Games are scheduled with schools and independent teams in the area. The cross-country team enjoys access to 5K, 10K and half marathon races in the area.
