Terri worked at Children Crisis Arizona program for over thirty years where she served as the Program Director. The CCA works with the Department of Child Safety and Tribal Social Services to provide shelter for children who have been neglected, abused, or abandoned. Additionally, parents or guardians can place their children in the program due to homelessness, domestic violence, or lack of resources and access to medical care. As the Program Director, she supervised all aspects of the shelter program, including licensing and human resources. She has training and experience in trauma informed care, conscious discipline, crisis prevention, attachment and bonding, and the impact of adverse childhood experiences and domestic violence.

While it was difficult for Terri to leave her work at the CCA, she is excited to join the SRA team and embrace the SRA mission.
